Intermediate/Hatha Yoga

This beginner/intermediate class allows you to stretch all areas of the body, with special focus on the hips, lower back, entire spine and shoulder girdle. Feet, ankles and neck are also released. You will experience a deeper pose as we will spend more time in the bio mechanics and breathe work of each position.
