Hatha & Restorative Yoga

This is a great class for beginners and those wishing to deepen their flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance their ability to relax their entire body. Poses are conducted in seated and lying position mostly, allowing this class to be inviting to those that have physical discomforts.

Teen Yoga - Mondays 4:00 to 5:00pm - Pre-Registered Classes 

Pre-registration for 8 weeks- Teen Yoga runs on an on-going basis

Ashtanga & Hatha Yoga - Wednesdays 6:45pm to 8:15pm

This is our most rigorous class. Come and learn how to improve muscular strength, muscular endurance, deepen flexibility and tune into greater muscular balance. Ashtanga yoga is a more flowing yoga where you move from one standing, sitting, and then lying pose to another. Approximately 5 breathes are spent in each pose. The poses are quite challenging and will enhance your mental focus. The Hatha aspect of the class will slow down the poses and spend more time on opening up regions of the body, like the shoulder girdle. The breathing aspect of both styles of these practices will be emphasized. I recommend this class to those who wish to challenge themselves and improve athletic performance, increase overall physical strength and impress their friends at parties (kidding about this one--mostly!)

Ass out of Bed Yoga

This energetic class will first gently enliven the spine and then more actively tone and stretch all muscle groups.  Expect to sweat and leave refreshed and "wrung out".

Hatha Yoga

This beginner/intermediate class allows you to stretch all areas of the body, with special focus on the hips, lower back, entire spine and shoulder girdle. Feet, ankles and neck are also released. You will experience a deeper pose as we will spend more time in the bio mechanics and breathe work of each position.

Restorative Retreat Fridays

Experience luxurious deep relaxing yoga poses done on the floor with a bolster supporting you and Celeste’s tender attentive care. Thai Massage techniques will be applied to your neck, head, shoulders, feet and hands.

 Please bring a water bottle and sweater.

Friday 6:45 pm to 9:15 pm  (Last Friday of every month  (except December)

YOGA 101

4 week Beginner Class

Learn how to gently develop the way to move your body into a pose, stretch with a clear mind and move past tensions.  The postures will be methodically introduced and adjusted for each person.  This is your class if you have never done yoga because you are frightened (LOL), injured, rounder, an absolute novice or wish to deepen your current practice.  Class is small to accommodate lots of personal attention.
